Aging Tips
Temperature
The best temperature to store your wines is 12--15 degrees Celsius. It is very important to reduce temperature fluctuations.
Storage
It is best to store your bottles on their sides to keep the corks moist.
Light
Try to keep the cellar dark when not in use and avoid fluorescent lights - they emit UV light that can be harmful to your wine.
Movement
Constant agitation tends to disturb sediment, creating a haze.
