Welcome to the Wine Connection, we are located in the picturesque village of Lakefield. Eastern Ontario's "cottage country".
We are a Craft Winemaking facility that is dedicated to bringing you the best quality of wines from the highest quality grapes, supplied to us by RJS Craft winemaking. We want your experience to be easy and enjoyable, so whether you yourself are a craft winemaker or would like the wine to be made on premise, we have everything to meet your winemaking needs. Making your own wine is very cost-effective, making entertaining more affordable and allows you to collect a selection of wines that are just right for any occasion. Whether you share your wine when dining out at friends or keep a stocked cellar, you will save yourself the time and money of going to the liquor store. It's easy. Come visit us in the store to choose a wine suited to your taste. We will help you begin the wine making process by pouring the contents of your kit into the fermentor and all you have to do is add the yeast. We will take care of the rest. Four to six weeks later, depending on your choice of wine, we will call to set up an appointment for you to come in and bottle your wine. One wine kit produces thirty 750ml bottles of wine. We have everything you need including bottles, corks, labels and shrink tops. We take pride in being a green business and encourage you to reuse your bottles.
